Habit Health in Auckland CBD is seeking a Support Coordinator to handle high-volume calls and emails, schedule client bookings across a nationwide counsellor network, and arrange on-site trauma support at workplaces.

The role requires a warm telephone manner, fast typing, and strong organisational skills, with occasional Saturday shifts and late morning hours. Applicants must reside in New Zealand and hold NZ citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service/office administration.
• Warm telephone manner and clear speaking voice.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Organised and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume calls/emails.
• Schedule client bookings with a nationwide network of Counsellors.
• Arrange onsite/trauma support at customer workplaces.
• Escalate new leads to account managers.
• Taking calls for our Mental health call centre.
