• Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, coordination, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between customers, trades, and internal teams.
• Manage work orders from initial request through to invoicing and closure, ensuring KPI requirements are met.
• Support management of customer complaints and provide reporting and administrative support.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and ensure they know what to expect.
• Schedule and dispatch trades based on location, skills, availability and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with job and customer information.
• Produce reports and support data management tasks.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
