Job summary

Aotea Waikato is looking for an organised, practical and people-focused Service Coordinator to join our Taupō team. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager to keep the service operation moving from the initial customer call through to scheduling technicians, following up jobs and getting completed work ready for invoicing.

The role includes answering calls, booking work, creating and maintaining jobs in Simpro, scheduling technicians, liaising with customers and suppliers, and providing

• Previous service coordination, administration or trade-industry experience would be great.
• Simpro experience would also be an advantage.

• Answering customer calls and booking service work

• Following up outstanding and completed jobs
• Liaising with customers, technicians and suppliers
