Stryker seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Joint Replacement business across New Zealand. You will oversee a team of 10 sales professionals (3 ATMs, 7 TMs) and drive regional growth, partnerships with surgeons, and achievement of portfolio objectives.

The role requires extensive travel across NZ, with a focus on customer facilities and hospital accounts. You will implement regional strategies, forecasts, and launches while ensuring compliance and high-performance execution.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in implantable medical device sales.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people leadership or sales management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence.

Aufgaben

• Deliver regional revenue growth, profit, and market share targets for Joint Replacement in NZ.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales professionals (3 ATMs and 7 TMs).
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned to surgeon demand and hospital priorities.
• Build long-term partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, inventory control, and service coverage.
• Lead product launches, portfolio conversions, and recalls.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to inform regional strategy.
