Stryker is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Joint Replacement business across New Zealand. This national leadership role requires travel across the country and accountability for commercial growth, clinical partnerships, and team performance.

You will manage 10 sales professionals (3 Associate Territory Managers and 7 Territory Managers), driving sales strategies and ensuring high-quality customer engagement with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in implantable medical device sales.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a people leadership or sales management role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Valid New Zealand driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Deliver regional revenue growth, profit, and market share targets across the Joint Replacement portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales professionals across New Zealand.
• Execute regional sales strategies aligned to surgeon demand and hospital priorities.
• Build long-term partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, inventory control, and service coverage.
• Lead product launches, portfolio conversions, and recalls.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and procedural trends.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory standards.
