Placements24 is seeking a friendly Customer Service Agent for a predominantly office-based role in Queenstown. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries about products, orders, returns, and policies while delivering clear, patient assistance and building rapport with customers.

This role emphasizes accurate CRM record-keeping, teamwork, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Occasional remote work days may be available; a high school diploma and strong English

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed information about company products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns/exchanges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the company's CRM system.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for service improvement initiatives.
