Job summary

The role involves front-desk customer service at the Box Lobby and handling inquiries by phone, with duties including bill payments, NZTA transactions and parcel handling expected to support both local and global deliveries.

You will be assisting customers with various requests, promoting NZ Post services, and performing mail processing with some light lifting.

Qualifications

• Comfort with light lifting and standing during shifts.
