Job summary

I Med in Hamilton is seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointments with empathy and professionalism.

Training will be provided; experience in a contact centre is preferred. You’ll work with clinical and clerical teams to ensure smooth patient experiences and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills with appointment management.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to empathise with patients and provide supportive guidance.
• Experience in a contact centre preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Build relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
