Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate appointments with professionalism, empathy and care, with shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Our clinic in Hamilton is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a 6-month, fixed term contract. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm. As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Role Overview

• Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
