Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton is seeking a Medical Administrator to join our team across Anglesea, Braemar and Waikato Hospital locations. This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday shifts between 7:30am and 8:30pm.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling bookings, referrals and payments. You will also manage data entry, ensure a welcoming reception, and support a busy, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or high-volume customer service environments.
• Proficient with booking systems and reception tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients; assist with bookings and processing referrals.
• Provide billing information for bookings; handle data entry.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
