Job summary

I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate appointments with professionalism, empathy and care, with shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisation and appointment management.
• Experience in a contact centre is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone bookings across Hamilton region promptly and professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Build relationships with technical and clerical teams, patients and referrers.
