I Med in Hamilton is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join our team. This full-time, permanent role involves a Monday–Friday week with shifts between 7:00am and 5:00pm, acting as the first point of contact for patients and helping them navigate appointments with professionalism and care.

You will answer calls for bookings across the Hamilton region, provide empathetic support, work with other contact centre agents to meet targets, and help build strong relationships with
