Job summary

Tend Health Ltd. is seeking three Customer Experience Specialists for an 8-week fixed-term contract starting 26 November 2026.

The roles are based at Massey, Huapai and Waimauku clinics, with Monday–Friday availability and typical hours 8:00 am–5:30 pm. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support clinical and non-clinical teams, manage patient files and enrolments, and respond to queries across phone, social media, email and in-app messaging, helping to make every patient experience

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple threads.
• Team player who collaborates with several departments.
• Tech savvy with ability to navigate apps and platforms.
• Ability to think on your feet and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, social media, email and in-app messaging.
• Provide insight into process improvements within the Customer Experience Team.
• Assist with clinical enrolments and handling patient files.
