Job summary

Tend Health Ltd seeks two Customer Experience Specialists for a fixed-term 8-week contract starting 26 November 2026. Based at Pakuranga East and Drury clinics, primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

You will be the go-to for delivering exceptional customer care and supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities include handling inquiries across multiple channels, assisting with enrolments, and managing patient files to ensure seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required (fast-paced environment).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, social media, email, and in-app messaging.
