Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and manage manufacturer warranty claims.
• Review repair orders and documentation for claim viability.
• Follow up on rejected, outstanding and unpaid claims.
• Process warranty credits and reconcile warranty receivables.
• Invoice warranty repair orders and service contract claims.
• Maintain warranty records and parts documentation.
• Keep across recalls, campaigns and OEM requirements.
• Support warranty audits and continuous improvement.
