Job summary

Giltrap Group is seeking a meticulous Warranty Administrator to manage the full claim lifecycle across Geely, Zeekr and Farizon in our Auckland workshop. You will ensure claims are accurate, compliant and paid in full, working with technicians and the accounts team to keep claims moving smoothly.

The role demands high accuracy, strong knowledge of warranty policy, and the ability to juggle three brands while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous warranty administration experience.
• Solid grasp of manufacturer warranty policy and claim processes.
• Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems.
• Ability to juggle three brands and multiple deadlines without dropping a claim.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and reconcile warranty, goodwill and service plan claims across Geely, Zeekr and Farizon.
• Scrutinise repair orders for correct codes, documentation and time allowances.
• Chase down, correct and resubmit rejected claims; avoid leaving money on the table.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and resolve discrepancies with the accounts team.
• Keep every claim audit-ready and compliant with manufacturer scrutiny.
• Collaborate with technicians, advisors and parts team to keep claims moving.
• Build strong relationships with distributor warranty reps across three brands.
