Job summary

Keith Andrews is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our leading Canterbury dealership. You will process, submit, monitor, and reconcile warranty claims while ensuring manufacturer compliance and timely deadlines.

You will work closely with customers, service advisors, and technicians, maintain warranty records, and support the Accounts team in settlements. Previous warranty or service administration experience is preferred, and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warranty administration, service administration, or automotive dealership role.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence with computer systems and data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) would be advantageous.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor and progress claims within required timeframes and reconciling receivables.
• Coordinate with customers, service advisors, and technicians to define claim scope.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit rejected ones when needed.
• Maintain warranty records and liaise with Accounts for settlements.
• Produce warranty reports and stay up to date with recalls and updates.
