Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face to face at Queenstown Box Lobby and by phone.
• Promote NZ Post products and services such as bill payment and parcel sending.
• Process mail and scan freight; some heavy lifting required.
• Support with NZTA transactions and parcel dispatches for customers.
