Job summary

• Deliver exceptional customer service at Queenstown Box Lobby and by phone.
• Promote NZ Post products and services, including bill payments and parcel shipments.
• Process mail, scan freight and small packages, with some heavy lifting.
• Provide information and access to services for customers.
