Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Patient Administrator at Wellington Hospital to support patients from referral through discharge. The role is based on a Monday–Friday roster, 40 hours per week, with reception duties, appointment management and liaison with clinical teams to optimise patient flow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality, customer-focused reception services to patients attending clinics or making phone enquiries.
• Liaise with clinical teams and support collaborative relations to aid the patient journey.
• Ensure booking protocols are followed to minimise waiting times.
• Review patient information in the Patient Management System and update records.
• Follow up with services for patients who have missed appointments.
