Ideal candidates will hold a Level 6 certificate or higher in Training and Education, Evaluation, or Learning Design, and be adept at using Excel and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in conducting Kirkpatrick level 1-3 course or programme evaluations with application of current evaluation theory and methodology (particularly in relation to Adult Learning).
• Ability to link the Evaluation phase of the ADDIE cycle with the other phases.
• Level 6 certificate or higher qualification in Training and Education, Evaluation, or Learning Design
• Confident using Microsoft Office suite; intermediate/advanced Excel; quick to learn new IT systems.
• Highly organised with proactive workload management to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders; provide strong evaluation support.
• Team player with a positive attitude to supporting the NZDF customers.
