Job summary

New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) seeks a Learning and Development Officer to deliver training enablement for NZDF personnel, helping them achieve cognitive edge, knowledge, skills and attitudes for complex, joint and multi‑national operations. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old by the time you graduate from recruit course.
• Hold a recognised degree in education and training disciplines.
• Have significant experience as a training, education and learning systems development professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support and guidance to NZDF personnel to attain cognitive edge, knowledge, skills and attitudes.
• Lead and manage learning systems development and quality assurance across NZDF training programs.
• Deliver learning outputs and recommendations to commanders and learning providers.
