NZ Defence Force is seeking an experienced Learning Evaluator to support RNZAF Woodbourne and Defence learning providers nationwide. You will plan and run learning evaluations, report results, analyze data trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve the NZDF learning system.

The role requires Kirkpatrick evaluation expertise, ADDIE integration skills, and a Level 6 or higher qualification in Training and Education, Evaluation, or Learning Design.

As an integral part of the team, you will provide individual training and education evaluation support to the Defence learning providers within RNZAF Woodbourne, and support evaluation projects nationwide.Your main tasks will involve:* Planning learning evaluation;* Implementing evaluations and reporting results;* Analysing data trends;* and providing data-driven recommendations to improve the NZDF learning system.This role is based in RNZAF Woodbourne. We have two roles at market at the moment so please check you are selecting the right location when applying – thank you.The salary for this role ranges from $74,124 to $$82,239, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution.
