Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised degree in education or training disciplines.
• Significant experience as a training, education and learning systems development professional.
• Security clearance (SV) required to gain eligibility for the trade.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist training support and guidance to NZDF units.
• Lead learning policy development and advise commands on training systems.
• Manage and audit learning systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and improve training solutions.
