Job summary

NZ Defence Force is seeking an experienced Learning Evaluator to support RNZAF Woodbourne and Defence learning providers nationwide. You will plan and run learning evaluations, report results, analyze data trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve the NZDF learning system.

The role requires Kirkpatrick evaluation expertise, ADDIE integration skills, and a Level 6 or higher qualification in Training and Education, Evaluation, or Learning Design.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience evaluating training using Kirkpatrick levels 1–3.
• Ability to link the Evaluation phase of ADDIE with other phases.
• Level 6 certificate or higher in Training & Education, Evaluation, or Learning Design.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; quick to learn new IT systems.
• Highly organized with strong time-management to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with NZDF customers.
• Team player with a can-do attitude to support the team.
