New Zealand Defence College is seeking a detail-focused professional to support the Performance and Evaluation team at Devonport Naval Base. You will assist with evaluation planning, implement evaluations, and report results using the in-house survey system, while ensuring accurate data entry and up-to-date records.

The role requires strong administrative skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting levels 1–3 course or programme evaluations with application of current evaluation theory and methodology (Adult Learning).
• Ability to link the Evaluation phase of the ADDIE cycle with other phases.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Excel at an intermediate/advanced level; quick to learn new IT systems.

• Ensure all data entry is complete and up to date on the system.
• Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
