Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven track record with $1M+ revenue target.
• Willing to travel within NZ and overseas.
• Experience selling into multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue and market share in New Zealand and key export markets.
• Lead high-value sales opportunities end-to-end from first call to signed deal.
• Build your own pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and new channel partners.
• Mentor the sales and solutions team without direct reports.
• Own CRM and forecasting discipline and refresh the sales playbook.
