Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Auckland. You will need 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience, strong English, and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
