Hotel Indigo Auckland, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and assist with payments. You will be the friendly face of the hotel, supporting guests with local recommendations and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and a flexible roster including weekends. Full NZ working rights and a valid NZ driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand and hold a valid NZ driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests from check‑in to check‑out with warmth and efficiency.
• Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
• Provide local information and assist with valet parking where required.
