Cordis Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Cordis Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the central point for guest inquiries, handling calls and emails, coordinating requests across departments, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly responses.

We’re looking for a warm, professional communicator with strong admin skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to a rotating 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and approachable communication.
• Good computer and admin skills with attention to detail.
• Professional grooming and reliable, punctual work ethic.
• Willingness to work rotating roster over 7 days.
• Experience in a hotel/service environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service via phone, email and in-person, using guest names.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints with empathy.
• Support bookings for Food & Beverage outlets and hotel services.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure communication is clear and requests are actioned smoothly.
• Use hotel systems to assist guests and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to promote hotel services and enhance the guest experience.
