Novotel Auckland is seeking a guest-focused Front Office/Reservations agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, process payments and upsell hotel facilities. You will promote Accor loyalty programs, safeguard guest property, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, high organization, and flexibility for a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Formación

• Exceptional written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Previous Reservations experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required.
• Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests, building strong relationships.
• Manage check-in/out, payments, and guest details accurately.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell to maximize occupancy and revenue.
