Job summary

The Rees Hotel in Queenstown is seeking a customer-focused Front of House team member to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and assist with bookings. You will work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, delivering upbeat service with a smile.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in front of house hospitality, a full driver’s licence, and a neat, professional appearance. A Passenger Endorsement Licence is an advantage.

Qualifications

• One year's front of house experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Food and beverage service experience would be beneficial
• Current full driver licence is essential

• Greet guests warmly and provide the services and facilities they request in a friendly and professional manner.
• Performing prompt and efficient check in and check out procedures
• Offering baggage assistance to all arriving and departing guests
• Efficiently and accurately executing all guest requests, activities and restaurant bookings
• Processing, amending and invoicing accommodation reservations
• Operate guest shuttle and ensure guest travel/transport arrangements are in place as required
