Cordis Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a Part-Time Cordis Service Agent for our Front Office team. You’ll handle guest calls and emails, coordinate department requests, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly answers.

You’ll join a luxury hotel environment with opportunities to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences on a rotating schedule across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Strong customer service mindset and approachable communication style.
• Confident computer and admin skills with good attention to detail.
• Professional grooming standards and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with sense of urgency and flexibility.
• Experience in a similar hotel/service role is beneficial, 5-star environment a bonus.
• Flexible to rotate roster over 7 days including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, professional service via phone, email and in-person, using guest names where possible.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
• Support bookings for F&B outlets and hotel services, including following up on key details where needed.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure communication is clear and requests are actioned smoothly.
• Use hotel systems effectively to assist guests and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to promote hotel services and enhance the guest experience (e.g., upgrades, early check-in/late departure, add-ons).
