Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred; attitude matters most.
• Strong communication and guest-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in/out, and process transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Refer guest requests to the right department and follow up promptly."
• Adhere to LyLo policies and WHS guidelines in daily duties.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
