Auckland Harbour Suites, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who loves hospitality and delivering warm, professional guest experiences from check-in to checkout.

As the first point of contact, you’ll greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate with teams, and offer local recommendations while maintaining smooth operations across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication across channels.
• Positive and proactive approach to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm reception on arrival and facilitate smooth check-ins/outs.
• Maintain courteous communication with guests and staff across channels.
• Process reservations accurately using property management system and handle special requests.
• Offer personalised recommendations to enhance guest stays.
