Avani Queenstown Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent dedicated to outstanding guest experiences. You will warmly welcome guests, manage efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offer local recommendations to enhance stays.

You will communicate across channels, handle reservations in our PMS, and be a reliable daily point of contact for guests throughout their stay, contributing to a memorable visit at Avani Queenstown.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Clear, professional communication across in-person, phone and email channels.
• Consistently delivers exceptional service with a proactive approach to guest needs.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across channels.
• Process reservations, updates and special requests using the property system.
• Act as main contact for guests, offering timely assistance and personalised recommendations.
