You will welcome guests with warmth, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and support seamless reservations using the property management system.

The role requires a proactive, positive attitude, polished presentation, and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey information clearly.
• Proactive, positive approach to guest needs and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly reception and smooth check-in/check-out for guests.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and colleagues across channels.
• Process guest reservations and requests accurately using the PMS.
• Act as main point of contact during stay with personalised recommendations.
