Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication across in-person, phone and email.
• Positive, proactive approach to guest needs and issues.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in/check-out smoothly and address inquiries.
• Maintain courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Process reservations and updates accurately using PMS systems.
• Act as primary contact to provide recommendations and resolve issues.
