Avani Queenstown Hotel is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and guide them through their stay with warmth and professionalism. You will assist with check-ins/outs, provide local recommendations, and maintain clear communication across channels to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Applicants should have hospitality or hotel experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to cover shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Process reservations, updates and special requests using the property system.
• Serve as primary point of contact for guests and provide local recommendations.
