Avani Queenstown Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a full-time Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

You will model service excellence, supervise daily tasks, manage arrivals/departures, handle guest concerns promptly, and ensure smooth shift operations.

Weekend work is required and immediate start is available; you’ll join a global hospitality group offering growth opportunities and extensive staff benefits.
