Giltrap Group, New Zealand's leading automotive group, seeks a Zeekr Country Manager to oversee NZ operations, revenue and long-term growth. You will drive market strategy, launch plans, and network performance while partnering with Zeekr Global and Zeekr Australia.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape brand positioning, and ensure exceptional customer experience and governance across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' automotive industry experience.
• Strong commercial leadership capability across sales, profitability, forecasting and business performance.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and building positive performance cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Zeekr's New Zealand business strategy and overall commercial performance. Hold accountability for revenue, profitability, forecasting, planning and business growth.
• Own the senior relationship with Zeekr Global and Zeekr Australia.
• Drive brand growth, market share, customer acquisition and long term positioning.
• Lead successful vehicle launches and ensure alignment across Product Strategy & Planning, Marketing and Aftersales.
• Oversee sales and dealer network performance while supporting future network growth.
• Champion exceptional customer experience and aftersales performance.
• Lead and develop the Zeekr leadership team while maintaining strong governance and risk management disciplines

This is a truly unique opportunity to lead one of the world's most talked about and fastest-growing premium automotive brands.

As Zeekr Country Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth and leadership of the Zeekr business in New Zealand. This newly created role reflects the rapid growth and long-term potential of the brand and forms part of the NordEast Senior Leadership Team.

NordEast, a Giltrap Group company, is the only automotive distributor globally to represent all six Geely Group brands: Geely, Zeekr, Farizon, Volvo, Polestar and Lotus. Working closely with Zeekr Global, you will help shape the future of one of the automotive industry's most exciting premium brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead Zeekr's New Zealand business strategy and overall commercial performance. Hold accountability for revenue, profitability, forecasting, planning and business growth.

About You

You are a commercially driven automotive leader with the ability to build brands, lead teams and deliver sustainable growth. You combine strategic thinking with strong commercial execution and are comfortable operating at both a leadership and operational level.

You will also have:

• 10+ years' automotive industry experience.
• Strong commercial leadership capability across sales, profitability, forecasting and business performance.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and building positive performance cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
