Job summary

Presbyterian Support Central, Enliven and Family Works is seeking a Claims Coordinator for a fixed-term role in Wellington. You will identify, lodge and manage ACC claims for Enliven residents, ensuring documentation and records are complete, accurate and compliant.

The role operates within a multidisciplinary team, handling end-to-end claims and invoicing from lodgement through to payment. It is a full-time fixed-term position until 25 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Clinical background with strong administrative skills.
• Good documentation practices and accuracy.
• Confident communicator and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lodge and invoice ACC claims through approved systems.
• Manage accepted claims and invoicing requirements.
• Record information in required systems.
• Follow up outstanding payments and resolve invoicing issues.
