Job summary

Presbyterian Support Central (PSC) is recruiting a Claims Coordinator for Enliven. The role involves identifying, lodging and managing ACC claims on behalf of eligible residents, ensuring accurate documentation and end-to-end invoicing from lodgement to payment.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Position until 25 June 2027. A clinical background helps, but registration is not required; strong admin and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical background is preferred but not required.
• Strong administrative skills and good documentation practices are essential.
• You are a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
• Will hold NZ driver’s licence and travel to Homes/sites as required.
• Familiarity with client and finance systems; ability to learn ACC claims processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lodge and invoicing for ACC claims through approved ACC systems and processes.
• Manage accepted claims and associated invoicing requirements.
• Ensure relevant information is recorded in required systems.
• Follow up outstanding payments and resolve invoicing issues.
