ASB Bank's Advice Centre in Auckland is seeking a Customer Specialist to join the friendly team in Takanini. You will be busy serving customers across multiple channels while also maintaining branch operations.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a flexible roster, primarily based in Takanini and occasionally supporting Papakura. You will build relationships, educate customers on digital/self-service options and tailor personalised solutions to each customer.

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Takanini.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week from Monday to Saturday on a flexible roster. Takanini will be your primary location while supporting Papakura occasionally. You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.
