ASB Bank in Matamata is seeking a Customer Specialist to join our Advice Centre team. You’ll help customers with everyday banking needs, build genuine connections and guide them to solutions that fit their circumstances.

You’ll also encourage use of our digital and self-service options to make banking simpler and more convenient. This permanent, full-time role is based at the Matamata Advice Centre, with Monday to Friday hours.

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist to join the friendly team at our Matamata Advice Centre.

As a Customer Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers with a wide range of everyday banking needs. You'll build genuine connections, take the time to understand what matters to our customers, and help guide them towards the solutions that best meet their needs.

You’ll also support customers to confidently use our digital and self-service banking options, helping make banking simpler and easier.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Matamata Advice Centre, working Monday to Friday.

You don't need to come from a banking background to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering great customer experiences.

Experience in a customer-focused environment such as retail, hospitality, call centres, reception, education or other service-based roles could set you up well for this opportunity.
