We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Takanini.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is afull-time position working 40 hours a weekfrom Monday to Saturdayon a flexible roster.Takaniniwill be your primary location while supporting Papakura occasionally.

You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.

We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
