Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at Coastlands Retail Park, Paraparaumu. This full-time, fixed-term role (until April 2027) supports the Retail Hub Manager by coordinating on-site resources and serving as the link between frontline staff and management to distribute workloads for mail and parcels.

You will work 7.30am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and efficient customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Support Retail Hub Manager by coordinating on-site resources.
• Act as day-to-day link between frontline staff and manager to allocate workloads and mail delivery sequencing.
• Ensure resourcing aligns with daily targets and cost-efficiency.
