Job summary

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand seeks a customer-focused team leader to oversee checkouts, cash office, and front-end experience. You will monitor service areas, ensure policy adherence, and foster positive customer interactions.

You’ll lead on-the-floor coaching, deliver training, and step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts, driving process excellence and safety for the store team.

Responsibilities

• Look after the checkouts and cash office.
