• Process Management & Order Fulfillment: Follow routines for timely, accurate completion of online orders and maintain fresh food quality.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead the swarm to ensure correct work, provide on‑the‑job training, and cover shifts as Acting Store Manager when needed.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify process issues and escalate to Function Lead for resolution.
• Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy: Champion safe, healthy work environment by following safety protocols and prioritizing team wellbeing.
• Collaboration & Communication: Engage in team collaboration to foster a positive work environment.
