Job summary

Woolworths Group in New Zealand seeks an Operations Leader to oversee store routines, manage stock flow and lead a dynamic team. You will guide on-shift training, ensure compliance with store standards, and drive proactive issue resolution across the swarm and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operations & Stock Management: oversee routines, lead the swarm to fill shelves and manage deliveries to standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: lead on-job training and coaching for team members, promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain Store Standards: ensure evening team pack to standards, manage overstocks and shelf presentation.
• Resolve Issues Proactively: escalate process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Contribution to Store Leadership: act as Store Manager on shifts and support Better Together initiatives.
